Chapman Family Medical Practice

About Us

Appointments

Please phone the surgery to make appointments. An appointment for a standard consultation of 15 minutes will be made with your preferred doctor, or the next available doctor, depending on your preference and their availability.

We encourage patients to make longer appointments  for multiple issues or complex health concerns, including Mental Health Care Plans.

Cancellations are appreciated at least 24 hours before your appointment.

Fees

We are a private billing practice, this means there will be a cost above the Medicare rebate for your consultation. Children under 5 years of age will be Bulk Billed. Concession card holders, primary and secondary students may be charged at a reduced rate. All fees must be paid in full at the time of the consultation as we do not issue accounts.

Please bring your current Medicare card with you and we will process your Medicare Easyclaim electronically at the time of payment.
